How to set up Mac Mail.

If it is your first time using mac mail you will instantly be presented with the set up wizard.

Or you can start the set up wizard by Opening Mac Mail and selecting preferences from the Mail menu, then click the Plus + sign at the bottom left of the window.

Now Select POP from the Account, Enter your email address, Full name an email address again.

Then click continue.

Now Enter the wwwires mail server address: mail.wwwires.com

Enter your username, which is your provided @wwwires.com email. Then enter you password, click continue.

If you have incorrectly entered your username, you will see this error message…

Double check your username and password them click continue.

Outgoing Mail server information. Enter outgoing mail server: mail.wwwires.comTick the user Authentication Enter your @wwwires.com email address and password.And click continue.

Double check all the settings in the summary are correct, then click continue. Then done.

Remove messages from the mail server once they have been downloaded.

Open Mac MailThen select preferences from the Mail menu or press + ,

Now click the Advanced Select the “ Remove copy from server… “ Button.

Now click the “ When moved from inbox “ and select after 1 week.

Now Close the Preferences window, and click save when prompted.

Now click Get Mail
